BBQ Pulled Big Bruce Beef

  • Eye of round roast
    • 4 lbs
  • Ketchup
    • 1 cup
  • BBQ Sauce
    • 3 cups
  • Vinegar
    • 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, Minced
    • 2
  • Onion, chopped
    • 1 cup
  • Celery, chopped
    • 1 cup
  • Water
    • 2 cup
  • Brown Sugar
    • 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp
  • Salt
    • 1 tsp

Directions

In a medium bowl; blend together ketchup, BBQ sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, celery, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour 1/4 of sauce on bottom of roasting pan, add roast and pour some more sauce over top. Cook covered in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 3 to 4 hours. Turn roast every hour and check for flaking. When roast is cooked, add remaining sauce, flake meat and warm thoroughly. Serves 6
