Blue Cheese Meatballs

  • Lean Ground Beef
    • 1 lb
  • Onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp
  • Blue Cheese, crumbled
    • 4 oz.
  • Clove Garlic, minced
    • 1 clove
  • Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp
  • Dry bread crumbs
    • 1/3 cup
  • Dried thyme, crumbled
    • 1/4 tsp
  • Dried rosemary, crumbled
    • 1/4 tsp
  • Dried thyme, crumbled
    • 1/4 tsp
  • Dried rosemary, crumbled
    • 1/4 tsp
  • Parsley, chopped
    • 2 tbsp
  • Milk
    • 1/2 cup

Directions

In a large bowl; mix beef, onion, cheese, garlic, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, thyme, rosemary, parsley and milk. Form into small balls. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for 10 minutes or until brown. Serve as appetizers with toothpicks inserted or make meatballs larger and use as a main meal. Serves 12
