Jake's Rub For Ribs
- Dry Mustard
- 6 tbsp
- Oregano
- 3 tbsp
- Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- 1 tbsp
- Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper
- a bunch
- Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp
- Pork Back Ribs
- (approx. 4 racks)
Directions
Mix together all spices. Remove membrane from rack of ribs. Cover with spice mixture. Refridgerate over night. BBQ ribs on very low heat approx. 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
