Jake's Rub For Ribs

  • Dry Mustard
    • 6 tbsp
  • Oregano
    • 3 tbsp
  • Chili Powder
    • 2 tbsp
  • Salt
    • 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar
    • 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper
    • a bunch
  • Garlic Powder
    • 1 tbsp
  • Pork Back Ribs
    • (approx. 4 racks)

Directions

Mix together all spices. Remove membrane from rack of ribs. Cover with spice mixture. Refridgerate over night. BBQ ribs on very low heat approx. 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
