  • Round Steak
    • 2 lbs
  • Flour
    • 1/2 Cup
  • Salt
    • to taste
  • Pepper
    • to taste
  • Medium Onions
    • 2
  • Water
    • 1 cup
  • Tomato Juice
    • 1 Cup


Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat. Cut meat into serving sized pieces. Heat some oil in frying pan and brown meat. Add onions, water and tomato juice. Put in casserole, cook in oven 2 hours at 325 F to 350 F.
